Zoey Gu (b. 2001) is a China- and London-based intermedia artist working across analog photography, film, painting, and text. Her practice explores sensory experience, otherness, and the quiet forms of persistence embedded in everyday life. Using recurring forms and a sustained attention to material tenderness, she constructs experimental narrative structures that transform ordinary moments into poetic, suspended encounters.

艺术家不喜欢写自我介绍。她于2001年出生在江苏仪征，一个县级市，成长于江阴，另一个县级市。她的实践围绕对城市空间、人类姿态以及日常物件的观察展开，借助细致和独特的感知解读平凡生活。 她的创作基于持续的视觉研究和感知训练。她把做梦之外的时间投入对特定事物的关注和思考中。近几年，她沉迷于观察星星、球体、小狗、一只狐狸、她的玩具收藏和太阳。被朋友形容为“浪漫的坚守”，她耐心地观察日常生活中的律动与微妙演变，捕捉其中的瞬时意义与隐匿的诗意，并通过摄影、影像、文字及绘画等媒介，以幽默与诗性的方式重新想象和建构当代日常景观。
